Since July 1, 2016, Serve the City Tilburg has been registered as a public benefit organization (ANBI). This means that we are dedicated almost entirely to the public interest.
Charitable organizations recognized as Public Benefit Organizations (ANBI) are exempt from gift tax and estate tax. The Dutch Tax and Customs Administration assesses whether an organization qualifies for ANBI status based on its articles of incorporation and its activities.
